Melbet Aviator Review: Listed in India, Barred from Bonuses

In short — our verdict: 8.9/10 — Melbet is the one lobby we checked that demonstrably serves Aviator to players in India, and the same lobby marks the game as barred from bonus wagering, so a Melbet welcome bonus cannot be cleared on it.

Melbet serves Aviator to Indian players and, in the same record, marks it as a game bonus money cannot touch. Both facts come from Melbet's live catalogue rather than from its marketing.

What this measures: how much this operator publishes and how much of it we could verify against its own pages and the licence register — not how good the casino is. A criterion the operator does not publish scores five, not zero. the full test method lists every criterion and its weight.

  • Availability for India is demonstrated by the operator's own catalogue, not assumed.
  • The withdrawal floor is published: $30.
  • Melbet names its operating company and its Curacao company number in its terms.
  • PayTM and Skrill are singled out as carrying no deposit limits at all.
  • Cash and cheques are refused outright, which removes a whole class of disputes.

What Melbet's Own Lobby Says

Melbet's catalogue answers for India. Asked for this title under India's own country code, the lobby returns it; asked under a control country's code, it returns nothing at all. That is the clearest availability answer of any operator covered on this site, and it is the reason Melbet has a page here.

The same record flags demo as available, and the operator's page title calls the game a crash game demo. Whether the demo opens without a login we could not test, so that stays unproven.

One weakness belongs in the open. Melbet's own lobby record does not name the developer; it simply calls the game by its title. The attribution to Spribe comes from the sister site on the same platform, whose page title names the studio outright. Two neighbouring crash titles in the same catalogue, Avion and Aviatrix, are different games and should not be mistaken for this one.

That answer took two requests and no account.

The Bonus Cannot Touch This Game

Bonus money cannot be wagered on this title at Melbet, and the flag saying so sits in the live catalogue entry, which carries a bonus wagering ban for the game.

The flag is selective rather than blanket. Across a sample of a thousand games it was set on eighty of them, including the neighbouring crash titles Avion and Aviatrix, so it marks a deliberate choice about particular games.

This overrides a tempting shortcut. Melbet's written stop-list does not mention the game, which would suggest it qualifies for wagering, except that the document is stamped “Last updated: June 2022” and the live record says the opposite. Where a four-year-old page and a live flag disagree, we go with the flag.

Deposits, Cash-Outs and Timing

Melbet publishes a withdrawal floor and two timings, and very little else. The minimum withdrawal is $30, most cash-outs are described as completed in 15 minutes, and terms 5.2.12 sets the outer bound: “The processing of the request may require a maximum of seven business days.”

Deposits start at $1.50 or the local equivalent, and PayTM and Skrill are singled out as having no deposit limits at all. Cash deposits and cheques are refused outright under terms 5.2.6.

There is no payments page to compare fees on, so no fee is attached to any method anywhere we looked. The Indian host does carry rupee pricing, which is how we know the currency is supported, but those banners come without wagering or expiry and we do not quote them as offers.

Thirty dollars is the floor. Everything above it is unpriced.

One Licence, Two Grant Dates

The licence checks out, with one date that does not. Melbet names PELICAN ENTERTAINMENT BV, company number 134359, in Willemstad, under licence OGL/2024/561/0554, and register row 446 carries that same number with the expiry field empty and a status of Indefinite in the file dated .

The operator says the licence was “granted on 15/11/2024.” The register row gives December 24, 2025. Licence number, licensee and company number all line up, so this reads more like bookkeeping than a warning sign, though we cannot confirm which date is current.

India does not appear in the forbidden-territory clause, which lists Australia, Curacao, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United States and its dependencies, the United Kingdom, Aruba, Bonaire and Saba. Indian states are not addressed anywhere in the document, and our page on the legal picture in India explains why that gap matters.

One row, one company number, one status. The date is the only loose end.

The Same Rule Book as Its Sister Brand

Melbet and 1xBet run one platform, and their rule books are one document. The forbidden-territory clause matches word for word, and this game carries the same internal id on both.

One paragraph separates them, and it happens to be the important one. Melbet's copy opens by naming its operating company, its Curacao company number and its licence; the other copy simply does not have that paragraph.

So count them once. Finding the game on both sites is a single confirmation, not a second opinion, and our page on the sister brand sets out what is missing there.

What We'd Hold Against It

The welcome bonus contradicts itself on one page. One line asks players to “wager 40 times on your favourite games over seven days”; another says the requirement “involves wagering the bonus amount five times in accumulator bets” of three or more events at odds of 1.40 or higher. Forty times in seven days and five times in thirty cannot both be current.

No return figure, no win ceiling and no stake range are published for this game on either host.

The identity-check threshold is described but never quantified: additional checks trigger at “Cumulative deposits, withdrawals or transactions reaching or exceeding the applicable threshold,” and the threshold itself is not given.

The iOS route asks for an Apple ID region switch, and the countries offered are Vietnam and Mongolia, with India nowhere on the list. Android is a sideloaded package from the operator's own page.

We do not recommend the Melbet welcome bonus to anyone whose plan is to play this title, because Melbet's live record bars the game from clearing it.

Who It Suits

Melbet is the lobby to pick when the priority is knowing that the game is genuinely served where you live, with the operator named and its licence row findable.

It is the wrong lobby when the bonus is the point. The welcome offer is a sports bonus with two incompatible rollovers printed on one page, and this game is shut out of clearing it either way.

If availability matters most, this is the strongest case on the site. If the bonus matters most, Batery ties its offer to this game instead, at a stiff forty times turnover. If neither is decisive, start in the free demo and spend nothing while you learn the round.

What Else Do Readers Ask?

These answers come from Melbet's terms, its bonus rules and its live catalogue, which is also where the one awkward fact about bonus wagering turned up.

Is this game available to players in India at Melbet?

Yes. Melbet's catalogue returns the title for an Indian country code and withholds it for a control market.

Can a Melbet bonus be wagered on this game?

No. Melbet's lobby record marks the title with a bonus wagering ban, so staking bonus money here will not clear it.

What is the smallest withdrawal Melbet allows?

Thirty US dollars, published as the minimum. Most cash-outs are described as completed within 15 minutes.

Which company operates Melbet?

PELICAN ENTERTAINMENT BV, company number 134359 in Willemstad, Curacao, holding licence OGL/2024/561/0554 and named in the opening paragraph of its rules.

Does Melbet publish a return percentage for this title?

No. Neither the global site nor the Indian host carries a return or house-edge figure for the game.

How long can a withdrawal take in the worst case?

Up to seven business days. Terms 5.2.12 sets that as the outer limit, whatever the chosen payment method.

How do we test an operator's availability claim?

We query the operator's catalogue with the target market's code, then repeat the same request with a different market's.

Are Melbet and 1xBet separate confirmations?

No. They share a platform, a rule book and this game's internal id, so together they count as one source.
