Aviator at Batery: Review of a One-Game Bonus

In short — our verdict: 8.7/10 — Batery is the only lobby we read whose welcome bonus can be cleared in Aviator and nowhere else, at x40 inside seven days from a qualifying deposit of INR 300, with the payout stopped at one times the bonus amount.

Batery ties its welcome money to a single game. Clearing it means forty times turnover in a week, and however high the balance climbs, the payout stops at the bonus amount itself.

What this measures: how much this operator publishes and how much of it we could verify against its own pages and the licence register — not how good the casino is. A criterion the operator does not publish scores five, not zero. the full test method lists every criterion and its weight.

  • The welcome bonus is tied to Aviator by name, so there is no guessing about which games count.
  • Qualifying starts low, at INR 300.
  • Batery's own Spribe section lists the title, which is where you will find it in the lobby.
  • Demo play needs no deposit, in the operator's own words.
  • One published deadline covers payouts: 72 hours from the request.

The Bonus Has Exactly One Exit

Batery's welcome bonus clears in Aviator and in nothing else. The operator states it flatly: the bonus “can be wagered only in Aviator with a x40 wagering requirement,” it “must be wagered within 7 days,” and “Maximum payout is x1 the bonus amount.” The ladder reaches a 500% ceiling worth INR 1,50,000 across the first five deposits, and the opening one pays 100% to a limit of INR 30,000 on a qualifying INR 300.

That combination cuts both ways. Forty times turnover on a game where the player picks the multiplier is a lot of staking, though at least the terms say exactly where it has to happen, which is more than most rivals manage. The cap is the part that stings: whatever the bonus balance reaches, the payout stops at the bonus amount and no higher.

Batery leaves a smaller inconsistency standing on its slot offer, where one page allows five days to clear and another describes the same kind of offer with “you have 30 days to complete the process.”

Money in, Money Out

Money moves under one published deadline and almost no other numbers. Terms 8.1 reads “Payments are processed in a time not exceeding 72 hours starting from the moment that the request was made,” and that is the only timing Batery commits to anywhere on the site.

The rest is thinner than it looks. Terms 7.1 sends the reader to a “Deposits and Withdrawals page” for “A complete list of fees, limits on them and other items,” and that page is not published. No fee is attached to any method, no withdrawal floor appears, and the only deposit figures worth quoting come from the bonus tiers, starting at INR 300.

The published method list reads like a template rather than an Indian menu. UPI, PhonePe, PayTM, GPay and IMPS sit beside Nagad, bKash, Upay and Rocket, which are Bangladeshi rails, and crypto is in there too (USDT on Tron and Ethereum, plus Bitcoin and Solana). Treat it as a rough map, not a price sheet.

There is also a straight contradiction about money itself: terms 5.1 says “Currently Users have the right to place bets in the following currencies: USD,” while every bonus on the site is priced in rupees.

Is the Licence Checkable?

The licence is checkable, as long as two of the three stories Batery tells about it are set aside. The footer claims authorisation under the offshore gaming ordinance and gives no number at all. The About Us page cites “License #365/JAZ (Sub-License Number: GLH-OCCHKTW0707032021 issued on July 7th 2021)”, a pre-reform sub-licence the current Curacao register does not carry.

The third story holds. A certificate hosted on the regulator's own portal names YouGmedia BV, company number 153269, under licence OGL/2024/107/0914, and the Curacao Gaming Authority register carries row 364 for that same number in its file dated . The number is the search key, and the company number confirms the match, so this one is checkable in a couple of minutes.

Three details separate the two documents that carry that number. The certificate says the licence was “granted on 07/03/2025” and calls its status “Active,” while register row 364 gives March 07, 2026, leaves the expiry field empty and calls the status Indefinite. A year, a status word and an expiry field, all disagreeing about a single licence. The About Us page is describing neither of them, because it cites that pre-reform sub-licence instead. We cannot reconcile the dates and we are not going to guess which one is current.

What Batery Won't Tell You About Aviator

Batery publishes no numbers for Aviator at all. There is no return figure, no win ceiling and no stake range on the game page or in the operator's own article about the title, which gets as far as calling the return competitive and then stops. Anyone comparing lobbies on returns will have to do it somewhere else, and our reference page on returns shows who publishes what.

Its fairness language is equally thin. Batery writes about provably fair gameplay without describing any mechanism, which is a claim about somebody else's game rather than a fact it can stand behind. We checked that mechanism ourselves in the developer's demo, and what held up and what did not is set out on our provably fair page.

Demo access is the one place the operator gets specific, and even there it stops short. Its Spribe section says demo mode “is accessible without any restrictions and does not require you to make a deposit,” which covers a deposit but says nothing about an account, so we will not claim it runs without one. The free demo guide covers what the developer's own version gives you.

Where It Falls Short

Three licence stories from one operator is two too many.

Aviator bet history showing six rounds, two cashed out
Six rounds of our own demo log as the client shows them, , with two cash-outs among them. Play money, not a Batery account. Source: our own screenshot.

No per-game numbers means Aviator at Batery cannot be compared with Aviator anywhere else on returns, stakes or ceilings, because Batery publishes nothing to compare.

The bonus is demanding on its own terms, and the ceiling equal to the bonus itself is what makes it so.

The restricted-country list is marked as incomplete by the operator itself, so the full one is never published, and Indian states are not addressed at all.

We do not recommend taking the Batery welcome bonus if the plan is to play anything other than Aviator, because it will not clear anywhere else.

Our Take

Batery earns its page here for one reason. It is the only lobby we read whose bonus is bound to this game by name, and the terms behind that are unusually concrete for a Curacao operator.

The reservation is just as specific. Forty times turnover with the ceiling set at the bonus amount is a hard trade, and a site that contradicts its own licence certificate on its own About page has not earned much benefit of the doubt.

If the bonus is the draw and Aviator was the plan anyway, the terms at least spell out what the deal is. If the idea was to spread bonus money across slots, skip this one and look at a lobby whose offer is not locked to a single title. If neither of those describes you, play the free demo first and decide with nothing at stake.

What Else Do Readers Ask?

The questions below are the ones Batery's own pages leave hanging, answered from its terms, its bonus page and the Curacao register rather than from its banners.

Can the Batery welcome bonus be cleared on any other game?

No. Batery states the bonus “can be wagered only in Aviator,” so staking it elsewhere will not count towards the requirement.

What does Batery require before a first payout?

Account verification. Terms 8.1 says the client is obliged to verify the account before a first electronic payment is made.

Does Batery publish a return figure for this title?

No. Its own article calls the return competitive and gives no percentage, and no figure appears on the game page.

How long do payouts take at Batery?

Terms 8.1 caps processing at 72 hours from the moment the request was made. No per-method timing or fee is published.

Which company runs Batery?

YouGmedia BV, registered in Curacao under number 153269 and holding licence OGL/2024/107/0914, with a Cyprus subsidiary named as billing agent.

Is the bonus worth taking at x40?

Only if Aviator was the plan regardless. The payout ceiling equals the bonus itself, which caps the upside sharply.

How do we check an operator like this?

We read the terms, the bonus page and the About page, then look the company number up in the regulator's own licence register.

Does Batery say whether demo play needs an account?

No. It says demo mode needs no deposit, which is a different question, and it never addresses registration.
