1xBet Aviator Review: The Game Is Listed, the Company Isn't

In short — our verdict: 7.0/10 — 1xBet lists Aviator on a dedicated Indian host and publishes a welcome ladder starting at a INR 300 deposit, yet names no operating company, no licence number and no licensee anywhere in its 280 pages of rules.

1xBet will tell you what its bonus pays and nothing at all about who is paying it. The game is on a separate India-facing site with its own id; the company behind it is not on paper anywhere we could read.

What this measures: how much this operator publishes and how much of it we could verify against its own pages and the licence register — not how good the casino is. A criterion the operator does not publish scores five, not zero. the full test method lists every criterion and its weight.

  • The title has its own Indian host and its own id, so Indian players are addressed directly.
  • The operator names the developer itself on the Indian page.
  • Bonus conditions are published with rollovers and deadlines attached, which several rivals never manage.
  • The Indian payment list is long and names real rails, from UPI and BHIM to NEFT bank transfer.

The Game Is There

Aviator sits on 1xBet's India-facing site, under its own game id, and the operator names the developer itself: the Indian page says the game “is built by Spribe, a licensed game provider.” The global site says the same thing in its page title.

Limits as the developer's own demo sets them, . 1xBet publishes no limits of its own for the title. Source: our own screenshot.

What we could not establish is whether the Indian listing and the global one run the same integration underneath. The ids differ between the two hosts, and the lobby would not answer us, so that question stays open.

Demo is advertised on both hosts, in the form of an invitation to “try the free Demo or play for Real Money.” The playable surface loads from a component our session could not reach, so we are not going to claim the demo runs, with or without an account. What the developer's own version gives you is covered in our free demo guide.

So the listing is real. The rest is where it thins out.

Who Is the Operator?

Nobody is named. The rules run to 280 pages and contain no company name, no registration number and no corporate form anywhere in them; the document refers only to “the Company” and “the Bookmaker.” The contacts page offers an email address and telephone numbers, with no registered address and no legal entity.

The licence is claimed without a number. The Indian home page states that “1xBet operates under a valid Curacao license, which allows it to legally operate on a worldwide scale,” and rules section 11 adds that the products are “licensed from Curacao eGaming,” which is the pre-reform master brand rather than today's regulator.

We searched the current Curacao register for the brand and for the company names that circulate alongside it, and found no matching entry among its licensees. So there is nothing to verify here, because there is nothing to look up. That is not the same as a licence we judge to be weak: a weak licence still has a number, a named holder and a row somebody can read. This one has a claim and nothing behind it.

One further oddity sits inside the operator's own rules. Clause 2.5 lists Curacao among the forbidden territories, while a Curacao licence is the stated basis of the operation's legality.

No name, no number, no row to look up.

The Bonus, in Full

The welcome ladder is published with conditions attached, which is more than several rivals manage. A first deposit from INR 300 returns 100% of the amount, to a ceiling of INR 50,000, while a second returns 200%, topping out at INR 100,000.

Two separate rollovers apply. Winnings from deposit promotions “must be wagered 25 times within 7 days,” while profits from free spins “must be played 15 times within 3 days.” Crypto deposits are accepted but explicitly do not earn the bonus.

Whether any of it can be cleared on this game is not published. Rules 24.1.6 excludes table games, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, keno, scratch, bingo, poker and a category called “Others,” and crash games are not named there. The full exclusion list sits in a separate export we could not reach, so the question stays genuinely open rather than answered either way.

Paying in and Getting Paid

You get a long list of rails and no fees. The Indian promotions page names UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, iCash. One, UPI Fast, BHIM, PAyZapp, Skrill, MoneyGo, AIRTM and bank transfer with NEFT, then adds that deposits are possible in “48 different cryptocurrencies. However, this payment method is not valid for earning the bonus.”

A second list on the operator's own About page names different rails again, including Orange and MTN, which are African mobile-money services quoted on an Indian-facing property. Both lists belong to 1xBet, so treat neither as final.

Withdrawal timing is the one firm number: processing “may require a maximum of seven business days, contingent upon the selected payment method.” No withdrawal minimum is published, and no fee is attached to any method.

Identity checks are open-ended, and you should budget time for them. Rules 30 says the policy “is not a one-time requirement” and allows “biometric verification or database screening”; rules 6.2.12 gives one month to supply documents, after which a withdrawal may be suspended and the funds face “potential forfeiture.”

Budget a month for documents, not a day.

Rules Shared with Another Brand

1xBet's rule book is the same document its sister brand publishes, and the forbidden-territory clause matches word for word. This game carries the same internal id on the global sites of both.

The difference is one paragraph. The other copy opens by naming an operating company, a Curacao company number and a licence; this copy begins at the paragraph after it.

Anyone weighing the two should count them once. Two sites running one rule book make a single source, and the sister brand's page sets out what it publishes that this one does not.

The Parts That Don't Add Up

India is absent from the forbidden-territory clause and Indian states are not mentioned at all, while the operator's blog states flatly that it is “legal in India and operates under an international license issued in Curacao.” Our page on the legal picture explains why a blanket claim like that cannot be taken at face value.

No return figure, no win ceiling and no stake range are published for this game on either host, so there is nothing here to compare against other lobbies.

The iOS route asks for an Apple ID region switch, and the countries offered are Colombia, Pakistan, Nepal, Vietnam, Japan, Canada, Zambia, Egypt and Argentina. India is not one of them, which makes the published iOS path useless to the audience the host is built for.

Audience figures contradict each other on the operator's own pages, which is a small thing that tells you how carefully the copy is kept.

We do not recommend relying on 1xBet's licence claim, because no number, no licensee and no register entry stand behind it.

Our Reading

The listing is solid and the bonus is unusually well documented for this niche, with real rollovers and real deadlines rather than a banner figure. On those two counts 1xBet does better than several rivals covered here.

The gap is the one that matters most on a money page. An operator that will not name itself leaves a player with no counterparty to identify, no licence number to search, no register row to read and no regulator to complain to. No amount of bonus detail compensates for that.

If the bonus ladder is what you came for, read the rollovers before depositing, because 25 times in seven days moves fast. If knowing who holds your money matters more, the sister brand publishes its company and licence and is the better read. If you are undecided, the free demo costs nothing and settles whether the game suits you at all.

What Else Do Readers Ask?

The questions below are the ones 1xBet's own pages raise and leave open, answered from its rules, its promotions page and the Curacao register.

Which company operates 1xBet?

Not published. The rules name no company, no registration number and no corporate form, and the contacts page gives no registered address.

Does 1xBet publish a licence number?

No. It claims a valid Curacao licence but names neither a number nor a licensee, and the regulator's register holds no matching entry.

What does the first deposit bonus pay?

100% of a first deposit from INR 300, capped at INR 50,000, with a second paying 200% to a INR 100,000 limit.

How fast is a withdrawal at 1xBet?

Up to seven business days, by its own rules, depending on the payment method chosen. No minimum withdrawal is published.

Can bonus money be staked on this title?

Not published. Crash games are absent from the exclusion list, and the full list sits in an export the operator does not publish.

Is there an iOS app for Indian players?

Effectively no. The published route requires switching your Apple ID region, and India is not among the countries offered.

How do we assess an operator's licence?

We read what the operator prints, then search the regulator's own register for the licensee and the number, and report any gap between them.

Are 1xBet and its sister brand two separate checks?

No. They share one rule book and this game's internal id, so between them they amount to one source.
