Row 239 of the Curacao Gaming Authority file dated 21 September 2026 lists New Entertainment Development NV under registration number 162581 with licence OGL/2024/748/0203, and because the registration number matches the terms exactly, the identification is firm. Its status reads Assessment in progress, and the expiry date printed beside it, 23 May 2026, had already passed when we read the file.

That gap is worth knowing before a deposit. It is also, on what we can see, a bookkeeping failure rather than evidence of anything worse. A licence number that resolves to nothing is not the same as no licence, and the register row does place this company under supervision. What it does mean is that the reassurance printed in the terms is not the reassurance the regulator is offering. Check the row yourself on the day you deposit, because a status under review can move in either direction.

Identity Checks and Country Limits

Verification starts at sign-up. The terms say the operator confirms that a new account holder is over 18 and checks identity at registration, and clause 5.4 lets it ask for a notarised ID, proof of address, bank statements and documents showing where the money came from, with verification taking up to 30 days.
